Following the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo. earlier this month, protests around the country sprung up in support of Brown and his family. On Monday, a peaceful protest took place in Milwaukee on Wisconsin Ave. in support of the cause.

The Milwaukee Police Department blocked off part of the street near the federal building on Wisconsin Ave. to accommodate the protestors.
