Wear a Little Romance on Valentine’s Day

I see Valentine’s Day as a time to let your loved ones know how much you appreciate them.  Whether you’re single or in a relationship, V-day is all about showing that love and spending time with the people you care about.  Admittedly, I’m not lucky enough to have a significant other at the moment. However, I do have a wonderful group of girl friends and we’re all planning on getting together to celebrate what we will be calling “GAL-entine’s Day”.  All the single ladies and I will be devouring cupcakes, sipping wine, and most importantly: dressing up. Just because.  And so can you.

So whether you plan to spend your Valentine’s Day out on a hot date or simply chilling with your best girl friends, you’ll probably be asking yourself the question—what do I wear? When I think of Valentine’s Day, I think of reds, pinks, hearts, and ladylike accents.  I’m not saying you have to go for the cliché conversation hearts kind of thing, but rather capture a classy look with a few feminine touches.

Depending on if you feel most comfortable in a dress, blazer, or a chiffon top, I’ve discovered a few options you can try out on Valentine’s Day to look and feel your best. So, get in touch with your inner girly side with my top picks for the day of love.
