The closure led to plans of extended hours for Bro-Yo Campustown, a similar breakfast and brunch restaurant. Its hours are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
Longhenry began her new role in August. She previously served as executive director of University of New Mexico’s Harwood Museum of Art. As a native of Milwaukee whose father graduated from Marquette, Longhenry said she feels like she came home.
