Anti-war protest needs re-evaluation

Hey Toby, I can sum up your article in five words. War sucks, lets have fun. Or maybe 12 words. War sucks so let's get on a bus and drive to D.C. I hope that you are using this trip to D.C. with the sole purpose in mind of helping others and attempting to save lives.

How riding on a bus with a bunch of hippies is going to save lives I don't know. Maybe my perception of your article is skewed. Whether or not it is, is irrelevant. We are fortunate to live in a country where people like us can voice our opinions through the media and hope that the truth is known.

Just keep in mind, Toby, on your way to D.C.: Who is paying for the trip? Who built the bus that you are traveling on? Who is fighting for your freedom so that you are able to take that trip? Who is ensuring that you have a safe trip?

"The only men who have seen the end of war are dead men" (Plato). What's that mean?
