DPS Reports Feb. 11

Friday Feb. 8

At 11:09 a.m. a student reported that an unidentified subject removed her unsecured, unattended property from a business in the 1600 block of W. Wisconsin Ave. and attempted to leave with it.  The subject returned the property and fled the scene when confronted by the student.

At 12:24 p.m. a student reported that unknown person(s) removed her unsecured, attended property estimated at $70 from a business in the 1600 block of W. Wisconsin Ave.

Saturday Feb. 9

At 2:02 a.m. DPS observed four students vandalize a parked, unattended vehicle belonging to a person not affiliated with Marquette in the 600 block of N. 20th St. causing an estimated $1,200 in damage. The students fled the scene but were located and detained by DPS. MPD was contacted.

At 2:08 a.m. a student-employee reported that unknown person(s) vandalized university property in McCormick Hall, causing an estimated $100 in damage. Facilities Services was contacted.

Sunday Feb. 10

At 1:09 a.m. some students hosted a party in Campus Town East where alcohol was served to underage students. DPS shut down the party.

Monday Feb. 11

At 1:26 a.m. unknown person(s) vandalized university property in Schroeder Hall, causing an estimated $50 in damage. Facilities Services was contacted.
