Nov. 16

At 12:45 p.m., a male student reported that an unknown person removed his secured, unattended bicycle from a bicycle rack at the southwest exterior corner of Gesu Church. The student locked his bike there on Nov. 12. The bicycle is estimated at $500 and the lock at $20. The Milwaukee Police Department was contacted.

At 9:41 p.m., an 18-year-old male student removed items from a vending machine in Carpenter Tower without paying for them. Department of Public Safety officers were dispatched and met with the Carpenter Tower hall director, who had been notified by the desk receptionist. The hall director spoke to the student, who stated he paid for one orange juice. After video footage was reviewed, the student tapped the machine several times to obtain two Dole juice and two Gatorade bottles without paying for them. The machine recorded only one transaction.

Nov. 17

At 9:30 a.m., an Alumni Memorial Union employee reported an unknown person had removed two rolls of toilet paper the first and second floor men’s restrooms. The employee reported four rolls were taken at the same time on Nov. 13 and four more on Nov. 16. The estimated loss is $30.
