Marquette University Police Department responded to an armed robbery in the 1700 block of W. Kilbourn Avenue early this morning. A safety alert was sent out to students at 1:36 a.m.
According to an email sent to students at 2:21 a.m., a female affiliated with Marquette was approached by two subjects who displayed a weapon and demanded property. The victim gave up her property. No injuries were reported.
The subjects fled in a vehicle.
