The Marquette University Police Department responded to a brawl on the 1100 block of Wisconsin Avenue, university spokesman Chris Jenkins said in an email.
The brawl occurred after a motor vehicle accident around 5:40 p.m. Thursday. One vehicle rear-ended the second vehicle in the eastbound lanes of Wisconsin Avenue.
The altercation occurred between one of the motorists involved in the accident and a bystander. None of the individuals were affiliated with Marquette, Jenkins said in an email.
MUPD said there is no other information available at this time. A video of the fight was posted to Barstool Marquette’s Instagram account around 1 p.m. today.
