Jaylen Hill is a junior from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, majoring in both English literature and Spanish language, literature & culture with a minor in Africana studies. He is the bilingual news reporter for the 2025-26 school year and is a first-time reporter. Jaylen is passionate about social justice and political activism as it relates to marginalized communities, especially in the Milwaukee area. Outside of the Wire, Jaylen serves as president of the Marquette chapter of the NAACP and presides on the executive board for the Delta Kappa chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. As the bilingual news reporter, Jaylen is looking forward to shedding light on important topics in the Latino and Marquette communities.
