There was a two-car  accident on 12th Street around 6 a.m. Milwaukee Police Department and Marquette University Police Department blocked off the street between Wisconsin Ave. and Wells St.

No one involved was affiliated with Marquette, but one person was sent to the hospital, Brian Dorrington, senior director of university communication, said in an email.
