Girlpool began their career just as Cleo Tucker and bandmate Harmony Tividad were finishing high school. They have been making music together ever since.

The band recently expanded to four members, adding drums for the first time. This makes their latest record, “Powerplant,” a more complex and interesting album than Girlpool’s previous works.

They’re currently touring to promote “Powerplant” and will be at the Backroom at Colectivo this Sunday, October 22.  Check back for a review of the show and a gallery of photos from the performance.
