Abe Oritz and Adam Kouhel lead their first Marquette Student Government Senate meeting as MUSG President and Vice President, respectively, on Monday.
3 Student Organization Funding officers and an interim President Pro-Tempore, which assists the Legislative Vice President, were elected at the meeting. In addition, MUSG’s next budget was passed unanimously by voice vote.
Shannon White, a sophomore in the College of Nursing, Allison Bitz, a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences, and Roberto Santos, a junior in the College of Arts & Sciences were elected as the SOF officers. Ricky Krajewski, a junior in College of Arts & Sciences became the interim President Pro-Tempore.
All ran unopposed and were elected unanimously without debate.
