Sparrow Collective is a unique boutique located in the Bayview district of Milwaukee. Jessica Franzen, the store’s owner, features her own jewelry line, but she also seeks out other locally-made and appealing handmade items that customers will show interest in. Franzen said she wants to support the local community and represent artists from around the country.
