So just like last season, the team will play 19 regular season games, with 10 games coming at Valley Fields.

A few notes on their opponents…

St. Louis finished 5-10-3 overall, and 3-5-1 in the Atlantic 10, good for eighth in the 14 team league.

Northwestern finished dead last in the Big Ten last year, with an overall record of 2-16-1.

Marquette’s first opponent in Durham, North Carolina, made it to the Sweet 16 last fall,

Duke were the national runners-up last year, losing to Stanford in the National Championship 1-0. That gives the Golden Eagles two games against Final Four teams from last year, with both coming from the ACC (Duke and Florida State).

George Mason went 8-6-6 overall last season, finishing fourth in the Colonial at 5-3-3.

The game against Louisville will be a match-up between the two division champions in the Big East from last fall. Marquette took the American and Louisville topped the National. The Cardinals also made it to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament, and lost to Florida State.

You’ll be able to hear all home games for the team this fall live on Marquette Radio, with David Tukesbrey on the call.
