Sept. 18 marks the start of Banned Books Week, a week of awareness on censorship in forms of print media, while also supporting students, educators and publishers.
The Marquette Wire collected data to compare on-campus residential housing prices and leasing processes for Jesuit Universities in the Midwest, which are a part of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities.
“I was treated so badly and when I (left Marquette)," Kehoe said. "I got a written memorandum that I could no longer come on campus, I could no longer use Marquette email, or post mail or telephone or anything."
As Julia Wilson, assistant coach for the Marquette Rowing team, leads her team from the Milwaukee to the Menominee Rivers, she finds that her view of bright bridges, tall buildings and clearer waters slowly turn into more industrial, murky and polluted areas.
