Men’s basketball announced forward Sacar Anim will redshirt this season hours before their scrimmage against Rockhurst. He’s the only scholarship player redshirting this season.
Anim, a sophomore, played in 17 games during his freshman year, averaging just under five minutes per game. He scored 1.1 points and grabbed .41 rebounds per game.
The Golden Eagles have 11 remaining scholarship players on the roster, but only two others listed at forward: Sandy Cohen and Sam Hauser.
