Joseph Zilber, namesake of the recently completed Zilber Hall, died Friday morning at 92, according to a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel report.
Zilber donated $30 million to the law school in 2007, $5 million of which went to the construction of the nearly completed Eckstein Hall and the rest to scholarships.
A Milwaukee native and local real estate developer, Zilber donated millions to local charities and organizations and started “New Potential for Milwaukee,” a project to improve localĀ neighborhoods.
