This recipe is remarkably quick to make and rounds out any meal. Plus, you only dirty one pan!
What you need:
1 lb. fresh green beans, stem end removed, halved
1 Tbs. olive oil
Pinch dried red pepper flakes
Few drops lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Toss green beans with olive oil, pepper flakes and a pinch each of salt and pepper on a sheet pan.
3. Roast beans for about 14 minutes or until slightly browned and tender.
Yields four servings as a side dish
