It has been nearly three years since the Department of Public Safety transitioned into a full police force. President Lovell made the announcement in 2015 and the Marquette University Police Department slowly evolves with each year in service. Larson Seaver spent this semester following them on cases and talking with MUPD Captain Jeffrey Kranz to find out how the transition has been going.
