At 11:05 a.m., a student was in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia in Straz Tower Hall and was cited by MPD.
At 1:00 p.m., a student reported being sexually assaulted on Sunday, Feb. 27 between 12:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. by an acquaintance in Humphrey Hall. MPD was contacted.
At 2:12 p.m., a 31-year-old male student reported that between Saturday, Jan. 1 at 8:00 a.m. and Thursday, March 31 at 8:00 a.m., he received harassing and threatening voice mails from a former roommate. MPD assistance was declined.
At 3:28 p.m., a student reported that between Saturday, March 26 at 4:00 p.m. and Thursday, March 31 at 3:28 p.m., an unknown person(s) vandalized the exterior of his secured, unattended vehicle in Campus Town Lot 3, causing an estimated $400 in damage. MPD assistance was declined.
April 1
At 4:34 p.m., a female student reported being repeatedly harassed by a male employee between Friday, Feb. 18 at 9:24 a.m. and Friday, April 1 at 4:34 p.m. due to her involvement with a student organization. MPD assistance was declined.
At 10:44 p.m., a female student who appeared to be intoxicated acted in a disorderly manner towards two roommates and a guest not affiliated with Marquette in McCormick Hall.
April 2
At 2:40 a.m., Schroeder Hall staff notified the Department of Public Safety of a suspicious odor. Upon investigation, a male student was found to be in possession of a green, leafy substance in a pill bottle, rolling papers, drug paraphernalia and alcohol. The student cooperated and was taken into custody by MPD for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
At 9:02 a.m., a female student reported that between Friday, April 1 at 4:00 p.m. and Saturday, April 2 at 9:02 a.m., an unknown person(s) removed property estimated at $100 from her secured, unattended vehicle in Campus Town Lot 3. MPD assistance was declined.
At 9:11 p.m., a student reported that between Friday, April 1 at 12:00 p.m. and Saturday, April 2 at 6:00 p.m., an unknown person(s) vandalized university property in the Haggerty House, causing an estimated $300 in damage.
April 3
At 1:45 a.m., a student reported feeling ill in Cobeen Hall after consuming a controlled substance. Medical assistance was declined.
At 3:03 a.m., a student reported that between Monday, Feb. 21 at 1:00 a.m. and Thursday, Feb. 24 at 1:00 a.m, while walking in an alley in the 700 block of North 18th Street, the student was approached by three unidentified suspects. One of the suspects touched the student in an indecent manner and the other two suspects verbally taunted the student. MPD assistance was declined.
