At 3:55 p.m., a student reported that at 2:10 p.m., an unknown person(s) forcibly entered her secured, unattended vehicle in the 2000 block of West Michigan Street and removed property estimated at $200. Estimated damage to the vehicle is unknown at this time. The student declined Milwaukee Police Department assistance.
