Ruiz and sophomore Kylie Moore won the doubles' point by beating Oklahoma's Ana-Maria Constantinescu and Christi Baxley 8-4 at the No. 2 slot.

Oklahoma won the next three points to win the match before Ruiz and Calbeto both won to finish out. Ruiz won 6-7, 6-1, 2-1 and Calbeto won 6-3, 3-6, 6-4.

The Golden Eagles are 0-3 on the season.
