At 2:38 a.m., an intoxicated 19-year-old male student was acting in a disorderly manner in the 11th Street Mall near Cobeen Hall. The student was consuming alcohol and refused to provide Public Safety Officers with any identification. The Milwaukee Police Department was not contacted.

Between 10:30 and 11:23 a.m., an unknown person removed unsecured, unattended property without consent from the purse of a 19-year-old female conference attendee in Straz Hall. The purse was found on campus and turned into DPS. A cell phone, digital camera and $15 were reported missing. The estimated loss is $700. MPD was contacted.

At 2:16 p.m., an unknown person completed an online banking transaction that resulted in money being withdrawn from a 23-year-old male student's credit card and checking account without consent. The student discovered the unusual activity when he logged on to his online banking account. The estimated loss is $5,000. MPD was contacted, and the bank is currently investigating the incident.

At 2:08 a.m., a witness observed three students who were acting disorderly at an off-campus apartment building in the 1600 block of West Kilbourn Avenue. Two male students, a 20-year-old and a 22-year-old, were observed urinating on a sliding glass door. The other student, a 21-year-old male, was seen smashing a pumpkin. MPD was not contacted.
