At 10:57 a.m., a 21-year-old female student reported that an unknown person removed her secured, unattended 2004 Jeep Liberty from a non-Marquette-owned parking lot in the 700 block of North 22nd Street. Estimated loss is $24,000. MPD was contacted.

Oct. 27

At 2:34 a.m., four students acted in a disorderly manner when they got into a verbal altercation in an alley in the 1400 block of West Kilbourn Avenue. At one point, one of the students was reported to have thrown a plastic cup of soda at one of the other students involved.

At 1:21 a.m., an 18-year-old student reported being battered by another 18-year-old student in McCormick Hall. The victim said he was punched several times by the other student, who he did not know. MPD assistance, as well as medical assistance, was declined.
