The person who reported that she was sexually assaulted at the Sigma Chi fraternity house recently informed the Milwaukee Police Department that she does not want to pursue charges, according to MPD spokeswoman Anne E. Schwartz.

The Tribune reported Tuesday that an 18-year-old female student from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee reported a sexual assault Saturday morning after attending a party at the fraternity house Friday night.
