The Marquette men's tennis team split road matches over the weekend, bringing its overall record to 5-3.
Marquette sealed a comeback victory over UT-San Antonio on Friday, thanks in large part to senior Trent Hagan's 6-3, 5-7, 7-5 win at No. 1 singles over Texas-San Antonio's Rodrigo Morgado.
Juniors Dusan Medan and Mark Rutherford and senior Stephen Shao also notched singles wins at the Nos. 2, 5 and 4 slots, respectively.
Sunday, the Golden Eagles fell 7-0 to No. 63 Nebraska. Rutherford and Freshman Jonathan Schwerin posted an 8-3 victory at No. 3 doubles in the loss.
The squad heads back to Helfaer Tennis Stadium to take on Eastern Illinois at 10 a.m and South Dakota State at 4 p.m. this Sunday.
