At 2:38 a.m., a 25-year-old male student reported that an unidentified suspect removed his unattended jacket, which contained an iPod nano, from Haggerty's Bar. The estimated loss is $280. MPD was contacted.

At 11:26 p.m., a 20-year-old male student received a municipal citation from MPD for underage possession and consumption of alcohol. DPS officers originally stopped the student for vandalism and disorderly conduct after the student kicked in a sign in front of the Pabst Mansion.
