For the men, both Jonathan Kusowski and Michael Heim recorded Big East-qualifying marks in the weight throw.,”The Marquette track team wrapped up the Hoosier Hills Invitational Friday, earning several more qualifications for this weekend's Big East Championship in New York City.

For the men, both Jonathan Kusowski and Michael Heim recorded Big East-qualifying marks in the weight throw. The performance of the day came from junior Kelly Corcoran, who set personal records in both the shot put and weight throw. Jessica Ehlen's 17.94 meter launch in the weight throw also earned much acclaim.

After a final week of training, the team heads to New York for the conference meet on Saturday. With over 35 individual and team qualifiers, Marquette will look to perform well at this important event.
