At 8:06 p.m., a 22-year-old male student reported that he received numerous harassing telephone calls from a 24-year-old male former Marquette student. The two had been in a previous altercation, but no threats were made.

At 7:27 p.m., two 20-year-old male students were found in possession of alcohol in Parking Structure II. The two underage students were taking the alcohol out of their car and putting it into their backpacks as a DPS officer was driving by.
