A 45-year-old intoxicated man was arrested after a hit and run incident at 9:02 p.m. The man hit a police car while driving near 10th and Wells Streets and continued driving toward 13th Street. The suspect lost control of his car at 13th and Wells Streets and struck a city parking meter before hitting the west wall of Structure 2. He then kept driving through the grass and struck a tree before continuing to flee the area, leaving large pieces of his auto in the street. The man was located and arrested by the Milwaukee Police Department on Sherman Avenue at 11:54 p.m. The estimated damage to Structure 2 is $1,500.
Three females were taken into custody in Cobeen Hall after admittedly smoking marijuana. After questioning, the three turned over multiple bags of marijuana and a pipe. All three were issued citations for possession of drugs and one was issued an an additional citation for possession of paraphernalia.
At 11:51 p.m., a person not affiliated with Marquette displayed a knife in Open Pantry after a verbal altercation with another customer in the burrito line. When DPS officers arrived, they found the suspect in his car parked perpendicular on Wells Street in front of Open Pantry. When officers approached the man sitting in the drivers seat of his vehicle, he pulled out the box-cutter style knife. The officers confiscated the knife and detained the man until MPD arrived on the scene.

At 5:04 a.m., two students reported that a fellow resident entered their room in McCormick Hall and urinated on their desks and on piles of clothing. The victims led DPS officers to the suspect's room, where he was found sleeping in his bed. The officers awoke the suspect who admitted to being intoxicated, but had no recollection of the urination incident.
