At 2:21 a.m., a 22-year-old former student was in a verbal argument with a 22-year-old female student in the 800 block of north 15th Street. The Milwaukee Police Department was contacted and took the man into custody on a charge of disorderly conduct.,”

At 2:21 a.m., a 22-year-old former male student was in a verbal argument with a 22-year-old female student in the 800 block of North 15th Street. The Milwaukee Police Department was contacted and took the man into custody on a charge of disorderly conduct.
At 4:02 p.m., a DPS officer observed a 19-year-old male student and a 20-year-old male student place 30 cans of beer into a backpack in the 1400 block of West Wells Street. The students were found to be in possession of a fake identification card. They received a referral to meet with MPD.
At 4:50 p.m., a 19-year-old male student and an 18-year-old male student were observed exiting Dany's Food Mart, 712 N. 17th St., and entering McCormick Hall. Upon investigation DPS found two 12-packs of beer and one bottle of hard alcohol. The students told DPS the store did not ask to see identification and that they were allowed to purchase the alcohol inside the store. The students were issued a referral to meet with MPD.
Feb. 10
At 2:25 p.m., MPD contacted DPS officers and asked them to meet at Angelo's Pizza Restaurant, 1601 W. Wells St. MPD and DPS conducted a bar check. An 18-year-old male student refused to show identification after telling MPD he was of the legal drinking age. MPD told the student he would be arrested if he did not show an ID. The student complied. Upon investigation MPD determined the ID was fake. The student was cited for underage possession and consumption of alcohol, misrepresentation of age and resisting and obstructing an officer.
Feb. 11
At 2:13 a.m., a 19-year-old male student was seen in the 1500 block of West Wisconsin Avenue with a part of a parking structure gate arm partially concealed under his shirt. He told officers that he found it near Lot A. Upon investigation the student admitted that he broke the gate but offered excuses for his actions. The estimated damage to the gate arm is $100. The student was issued a referral to meet with MPD.
