At 12:10 p.m., an 18-year-old female student who works part-time at the Union Sports Annex told DPS she was being harassed by phone and text messages from a college-aged man who is not affiliated with Marquette. She met the man while working at the Annex. DPS contacted the man and told him to refrain from contacting the student or the Milwaukee Police Department would be contacted. The man accepted DPS' warning.
Jan. 27
At 12:20 a.m., a taxi driver turned a wallet in to DPS. Upon investigation, DPS discovered the wallet belonged to a 19-year-old female student. The wallet also contained a fraudulent identification card. The student received a referral to meet with MPD.
At 2:16 a.m., a 19-year-old male who lives in Schroeder Hall gained entry to an apartment in the 2300 block of West Wisconsin Avenue. The student appeared to be intoxicated. DPS escorted the student back to his residence. He was issued a referral to meet with MPD.

At 10:30 p.m., a wallet was turned in to DPS. Upon investigation, DPS discovered the wallet belonged to an 18-year-old female student. The wallet also contained a fraudulent identification card. The student was issued a referral to meet with MPD.
