At 3:20 a.m., two 21-year-old males attempted to enter the fence around a construction site at the 900 block of North 16th Street. MPD arrived at the scene and one of the two students attempted to flee but was caught. The two were cited with disorderly conduct and one of the two was additionally cited for resisting an officer. There was no damage to the property and the students were released.
