At 11:40 p.m., a 20-year-old male attempted to leave Angelo's Restaurant at North 16th and West Wells streets with two empty pitchers and two 12-ounce glasses. He was approached by an Angelo's employee and detained until MPD arrived. MPD issued the student a municipal citation for underage drinking.
