At 2:04 a.m., a DPS officer on patrol observed a vehicle driven by a 35-year-old male not affiliated with Marquette strike a 2000 Dodge Intrepid belonging to a 21-year-old female and three other cars on the 500 block of North 20th Street. DPS detained the driver and he was taken into custody by MPD for driving while intoxicated.
