At 2:29 a.m., an intoxicated 20-year-old male student struck a 20-year-old male not affiliated with Marquette outside the Union Sports Annex on the 800 block of North 16th Street. MPD was contacted, and the student was given municipal citations for battery, disorderly conduct and possession of a false ID card.
