The Columbus Crew selected forward Chris Lee in the fourth round of the Major League Soccer Supplemental Draft Friday.

The inaugural Supplemental Draft was created so teams could roster a record-high 28 players, according to the league Web site. Each squad's senior roster will have 18 members and the extra players will play on a reserve squad that provides the developmental players with a chance to play competitive games.
