Among the ideas on the table is an ordinance requiring keg registration to try to prevent underage drinking.

"It seems useless," UW-Madison junior Joe Steele told the Badger Herald. "Not that trying to curb drinking at house parties is a bad idea, but it's useless because students will find ways around it."
