Starting today, Wells Street from North 14th to 17th streets will be one-way eastbound for about one week, due to the city sewer project taking place in that area. Westbound traffic will be detoured north on 14th Street to West Kilbourn Avenue, west on Kilbourn to 17th Street, and back south on 17th to Wells.
