The women's team finished eighth out of 13 teams with 14 points, while the men finished last with three team points.

Junior Andrea Engelmann finished second in the women's hammer throw with a heave of 174-08 feet. Freshman Jessica Ehlen finished 10th in the hammer throw, throwing 139-09 feet.

The men's throwers also recorded points for Marquette in the hammer throw. Sophomore Damian Anisko flung it 165-07 feet, which was good enough for seventh place. Senior Jonathan Rosploch came in 13th with a throw of 146-06 feet.

Rosploch also finished eighth in the shot put with a heave of 50-02 feet.
