Brian Njoroge, a food technologist and Nutrition Team leader in Kenya for the Dietetics and Small Gardens Systems Project of the College of Nursing, will present a Soup with Substance Friday at noon about the impact of HIV/AIDS in Kenya and the goals of the project.
