The conference will coincide with Marquette's production of "The Trial of the Catonsville Nine." The Rev. Daniel Berrigan, the author of the book on which the play is based, will attend the Nov. 11 performance.

As a part of a yearlong citywide arts festival, the Art, Faith and Social Justice Conference will occur Nov. 10-12 at the Raynor Memorial Libraries. The festival is designed to celebrate engagement "by showcasing human activity through art that reaches simultaneously towards the spiritual and the political," according to a university news brief.
