Of course, not all of us can afford the same top professional styling as runway models and celebrities however, this look is not out of reach. To try out a touch of pink, extensions are an inexpensive alternative to dye. If you are ready to take the pink plunge, you will have to start by bleaching your hair blonde so that a pink dye can show its true shade. I would suggest using Manic Panic in Cotton Candy Pink.

Luckily, primary hair colors tend to fade quickly if it turns out that you do not love it. If you do try it out and want to keep up your pink locks, the key is in how you wash your hair. Avoid washing your hair everyday and use dry shampoo in between washes. When you do wash your hair, make sure to use cold water because warmer temperatures rinse the color out so much faster. I also read a helpful hint that said mixing a touch of dye into your conditioner will prolong your rosy tresses.
