Marquette University Police Department issued a safety alert at 6:05 p.m. today that reported power outages across campus.

Authorities are working on the issue, according to the alert.

A power outage occurred previously this semester Jan. 23.

Lynn Sheka, university spokesperson, said she knows no further information than shown in the text alert at this time.
