Volleyball plays toughest non-conference schedule yet

Marquette's weekend in Hawaii was the toughest of Marquette’s excruciating 12-match non-conference schedule. Seven of those 12 teams made the NCAA Tournament last season. One of them, in-state rival Wisconsin, was a No. 1 seed and hosted a regional round.
Attendance jumped roughly three percent from 2015-16 to 2016-17
