Speckman’s personality, passing are catalysts for MUVB

The first thing head coach Ryan Theis noticed about setter Lauren Speckman is her confidence. Any hints of shyness or apprehension were either nonexistent or buried beneath a persistent smile. It is Speckman’s confidence and assertiveness that have allowed her to seamlessly transition into the setter position.
