When officer elections for Circle K were coming up last year, then-freshman in the College of Engineering Ben Teich jokingly told friends he was going to run for president. However, after his friends encouraged him to actually run for the position, Teich took a leap and decided to reach for this goal.
The Marquette Archives house thousands of documents from throughout the university’s history. Popular archive items include newspapers, magazines and the original J.R.R. Tolkien manuscripts.

A Bridge from Now to Then

At first glance, the archives look like a standard Raynor Library study room. The space is for reading, but reading materials from the archive's vast collection of Marquette history and scholarly collections such as the J.R.R. Tolkien collection.
Clear Picture is a collaboration effort between Dr. Afinoguénova’s Spanish grammar class and Dr. Nettleton’s journalism class to present art pieces from across the globe.
