DPS Reports 2/6-2/7

Monday, Feb. 6

At 10:23 a.m., a student reported that unknown person(s) removed her unsecured and unattended property valued at $145 from a business in the 1600 block of W. Wells St.  MPD assistance was declined.

At 11:48 a.m., it was reported that a student hosted a party in the 1800 block of W. State St. on Sunday, Jan. 29, in violation of university rules.

Between 5:15 p.m. and 8:04 p.m., unknown person(s) vandalized Gesu Church with graffiti. Damage is estimated at $100.

Tuesday, Feb. 7

Between 5:46 a.m. and 5:50 a.m., unknown person(s) removed a student’s unsecured and unattended property valued at $300 from the 2000 block of W. Michigan St. MPD responded to the incident.

At 12:53 p.m., DPS observed a person not affiliated with Marquette with an open intoxicant in the 600 block of N. 19th St. MPD was contacted and cited the subject.

At 4:02 p.m., a student reported being sexually assaulted by another student in McCormick Hall on Dec. 3, 2011. MPD was contacted.

At 10:16 p.m., a student was in possession of alcohol in McCormick Hall.

Between 11:06 p.m. and 11:10 p.m., two people not affiliated with Marquette were involved in a physical altercation in the 1200 block of W. Wisconsin Ave. MPD and Milwaukee County Transit Security responded. MPD cited one of the individuals.
