At 2:23 a.m. a student reported being sexually assaulted by an acquaintance in Humphrey Hall. Milwaukee Police Department assistance was declined.
Oct. 2
At 1:55 p.m. a male suspect removed a bottle of Axe from a business in the 1600 block of West Wells Street and was detained by Department of Public Safety officers. The suspect refused to identify himself and MPD took the man into custody.
At 6:24 p.m. a male suspect, 51, not affiliated with Marquette, was walking while intoxicated in the center of the road in the 900 block of North 15th Street. When DPS stopped him, he reached inside the squad car and physically assaulted a DPS officer. MPD took him into custody for felony battery.
