At 4:36 p.m., a 59-year-old male not affiliated with Marquette was prowling in Gesu Church. A 64-year-old woman not affiliated with Marquette tried to call the Department of Public Safety and the man grabbed and pulled her to prevent her from calling. She got the call through and DPS detained the suspect and the Milwaukee Police Department gave him a misdemeanor battery citation.

At 3:34 p.m., a 21-year-old male student accused a student-employee of accessing his class schedule without his consent. The student said his roommate asked a student-employee to access the student’s CheckMarq account to see when the student would be away from the room.
At 6:26 p.m., a student reported that unknown person(s) removed his unsecured, unattended mailbox key estimated at $5.
